    O yeah, i forgot to put in my original post................. Having a helmet makes me feel more confident and since i got my helmet i have improved quite a lot.

    I got a giro xen, it is amazing and looks really good. It fits my head really well and doesn't fall off of my head even if i don't have the straps done up. jsymole do u wear a helmet?

    Hello I have decided to get a new frame, i've currently got an 05 onza t-pro, i've got my eye on the GU Typhoon but i'm not sure if i should get the the short or the long frame. I just measured myself and i'm about 5.7 ft Thanks, Liam

    My mate got put in the back off a police car for riding a bench, they said it was criminal damage or sumthing, i dont know i wasnt there and i have had many warnings and stuff like that but no asbo's

    I had a pair of rim jams on the back, they worked quite well untill the plastic backings snaped but then i got some plazys.....they are amazing

    Or you could just use washers, because that what my mate had to do and it worked fine hope that helps
