  3. when i sprayed me frame i did this: rub down the frame but you only need to get all the gloss off really and stuff tissue into all the holes(ie; bottom bracket, steerer tube hole thing and seat post hole)go out and buy about two 500ml cans of clear lacquer and about 3 big cans of car spray paint(for a small bike) or 4 big cans (for a bigger bike)wear old clothes and start spraying. when you spray only spray 1 coat at a time and hold the can about 25cm's away from what your spraying this prevents dripping.make sure you only spray another coat on when the last one has dried this also prevents dripping.once youve used all of your paint and its all dry you can start to lacquer...all you have to do now is lacquer it to do this just spray it on using the same technique as applying the paint.hope you've found this useful, jack

  10. hi, i was just wondering weather any one can help me....if u have a 1 speed bike can u put a crank with 2 chain rings on it and a 1 speed free wheel with a chain tensioner and still swap over crank speeds? any advise appreciated. thanks, jack

  17. hi, me and lee are both from braintree and we go trials biking together we both got saracen mads but his ir the 06 and mine is the 04 maby we shoult meet up and go trials biking some day p.s how good are you.
  18. my mate is like really good at making websites he does it for companies and there's like 15 of us going round two of which have sponsors and compete in all different competitions so it'll be actually quite a good thing to do and as u can see my grammar isn't that bad, but thanks anyway, jack
