  3. Hi i have a mate that some how managed to bodge a try all free wheel on one of these bbs but it was very tight and i it will be for a eno or tensile freewheel the best option would be to just buy a bb that allows for freewheels. chris

  8. hi i use tar all the time i don't really have a choice thought because i can't grind my rim any more it is dead as. a grind is better than tar but tar is so good i would use it if i was you but not in the wet. you don't have to put loads on as well. chris

  13. Hi it shouldn't snap your forks at all it all depends on what you are doing realy i have a 180 on mine and there fine also never heard of any ones forks snapping because they have a powerful disc. chris

Hi i was like this for a wile and i found that you should give more efort into pulling the bike up rather than just kicking it harder. on side hops push the bike up with your arms more and tuck it as much as you can. same for back wheeling realy just push the front up and make sure the back follows. hope i helped chris

  17. Hi nice bike there you should get a new bar and stem. I would get a echo team stem with zoo bars also i would change you cranks and bb get some try all cranks and a fsa bb. chris

  19. Hi yer al be going if moza goes also if the weather permitting and i need to find a chain from some where that could be hard with no money but al try my hardest to get there. chris
  20. Yes get a skf they are strong but if its square taper get a shimano. i wouldn't get a fsa bb snaped my axle yesterday not strong in my opinion. chris
  21. Cheers i have decided to go with 18:17 hope its fine but cheap to get a new cog just trial and error really. chris
  22. cheers every one. No the blues and green rock pads are two different compounds the greens are slightly softer than the blues. chris
