  1. I've had a look at friends one at college;

    It looks better than last years, is thinner and smaller than my 30gb colour one,

    Bigger screen, longer battery life (15+ hours?) and the vids look really good-except they're mpeg4 only (aparently).

    Oh and they're 30 quid cheaper now! Damn them lol

  2. I like this programme alot and I have only seen one episode! I was almost crying with laughter when he was trying to kill the squirrel to jog his wife's memory for like 10 minutes!

    Family Guy does rule though-new series is bloody brilliant, ROCK LOBSTER!

  3. grotbags gets the crowd going like nobody else can. If he wants you to go wild, you go wild in the crowd. If he wants the rider to go wild, he does something special with his voice and you somehow feel obliged to ride amazing!

    He is to bmx what murray walker was to F1, in that he knows every single rider, and everything about them. He IS a rider, and knows everything about riding, so is accurate. He is the best, thats why he is the voice of every big contest worldwide :P :P

    He is the man, look what we got at the bikeshow=some fat guy who knew f**k all! Thank god that Chris Ratcliff was there to save what dignity was left in trials.

  4. I've just got rid of my 24" Leeson, and although I felt comfortable on it, I hardly rode it because everyone in my area now rides bmx and we have a great laugh just messing around. I agree with Bongo that bmx is immensely fun but he has 2 indoor parks to ride! Saying that, the nearest indoor park to me is about 1 and a half hours but I think it's the people you ride with that make all the difference to what you find fun, the more riders there are, the better you progress and enjoy yourself.

    P.S Timbo, Phil Feeney etc all started on 26" bikes and rode them damn well, 24 just makes it easier and looks better because the wheels are the right size for the frame, unlike some tiny 26" frame with massive wheels.

  5. Bars= Get some wide ass S&M slams and enjoy the free shoulder seperation surgery! I'm running some uncut slams and theyre really nice for airs and general bike control. I used to run Terrible 1 bars which withstood multiple bike-car crashes and some nice bails too. I reckon they're probably the best all round bars you can buy.

  6. I don't think that Rankin is going to make many more bmx dvds because they're really hard to sell apparently, although I've seen him filming at BMX events this year. I don't know if you've heard of Clicked video mag but that's pretty good, his next one should be a treat if you like unknown UK riders that are amazing.

  7. I think if you smacked her in the face, you wouldn't be charged by the Police, it's self defence and apparently everyone has the right to beat the shit out of someone if you are in danger or trapped. Not a nice situation though, the same thing happened to my friend's girlfriend on a night out in Cardiff, then we got set upon by older blokes with them, it's a hard life.

  9. Most of them don't work for me, the quicktime symbol is jsut displayed where the vdeo would usually play, I have the most recent quicktime as well! :sleeping:

    That's why I said it takes ages to load!

    Loads of people can do bikeflips now, There is quite a few good riders out there...
