  1. where did it mentioning punching walls?? And if you must know i actually went out to help my mate find his wallet.
  2. hey guys thanks for the advice, im willing to stretch for the zona zip but would the monty be a better option? Also are both frames fully transferable with the parts of my t-bird? including the 19" rear wheel which has a 2.5" tyre on?? also i do tend to hop to the left so disc may not be a good idea.... plus the t-bird doesnt have the disc mount so i wud have to get a new frame aswell anyway!
  3. i dent feel too drunk whilst i was on the bike but once i got off i was all over the place. Plus i can't set my back break up at all so i only had the front so i was limited to what i cpould do!!
  4. Well i'v just discovered that riding in the dark whilst drunk is not the best combination! It resulted in a sore knee which probly won't be moveable in the morning and an inch long slit down the base of my palm. On the plus side whilst drunk you don't feel the pain whilst you are drunk until you you have finished riding and started to sober up!! I did sober up whilst riding and was surprised at how well i was balancing and almost managed to side hop one by one down a set op 8 stairs... didnt quite get the ride off!! Also found out that my uni is one of the best places ever to ride trials and if you go fairly late at night its almost deserted except for the secutiy guards but i think they enjoyed the entertainment!!
  5. Hi guys, i currently have a 2004 t-bird frame, i have a 19" rear wheel on but in 2004 they did not come as standard, one of the brake mounts on my frame the thread has stripped so because of the different size wheel and the dodgy mount i'm having a real difficult time trying to get a rear brake setup, its a magura HS-33 on it at the moment. Is there anyway people can suggest curing the brake mount problem or would i be better off looking at a new frame?? If a new frame what would people recommend? I'd be looking to only spend about £100 maybe a bit more as im on a bit of a budget. I remember a few months back seeing a frame on ebay which was a similar design to the zona zip for about 100 brand new, any one know about these?? thanks kev
  6. The best workshop tip is not to break it, then it won't need fixing in the first place!
  7. i ordered a pair of wheels from them ages ago, after about a month the wrong wheels came! i phoned them and told them their mistake, it took another two wheels for them to organise them to be recollected, on that date right wheels were supposed to be delivered and didnt turn up, after about a month of persistent phonecalling they finally admitted they didnt have them in stock then took about another month before i got my refund!! And thats why i'd never touch them again!! It sounds like pretty much a one man company who's had no experience of running a busines before!! "rant over"
  8. For shoes i'v found vans to be quite good, i think any skater type shoes are suitable really as they don't take as much beating as skateboarders so quality isn't as much as an issue as any will last you a good amount of time.
  9. Hey everyone, my names kev and im 19, i used to ride trials last year when i was in college but after getting a car i kind of lost the time for it. Now i'm at uni and have plenty of time on my hands so have just started riding trials again. I ride an onza t-bird which i put together myself with a few upgrades. 2004 frame with pretty much stock parts, then i got the 19" rear wheel and a rear magura HS33. thanks for reading
