Just someone asked the price and I replied.
Tensile showing off a booster they've made is different to someone just saying "Oh, look at this frame", waiting for someone to ask how much, then posting up a price that's undercutting the UK stores 'cos it's from a different country, and the warranty would probably be a bit shadier. Even when actual stores like Tartybikes put stuff up in the News section, they just say what's up, then you can go to their website to check out prices 'n' stuff, but there's the option to go somewhere else because they don't just say "GO TO TARTYBIKES AND BUY FROM US." If this 'Zhi' dude had some sort of website or something along those lines where you could get all the info in one place, then it'd maaaaaybe be alright, but as it is, it's just him undercutting stores and making a profit using the forum as his store?I'm not trying to undercutting stores. I really glad to help stores to contact the company.

I ordered a frames and rims from DOB, and its been almost a month, and i havent received my order i've paid for being an Australian importer. It feels like i been scammed.

DOB is not died, just some problem with the website.

After 3 month negotiation, the dob manager made a custom frame for me.
1077, 380, 35, 72, 135 vertical
1.4kg
That's the ideal frame for me, the full bike is 8.25kg.
DOB may produce this frame in the future, it also mean that magnesium custom frames are available.
Some main points to save weight:
Monty grips, 50g lighter than echo grips.
Ti wellgo pedals, 300g.
crank brother headset, 65g
trial tech stem with ti bolts, 145g
neco 128mm ti BB with alloy bolts, 230g
DOB frame and fork, 1.4kg and 670g
schwalbe big betty rear tyre, 2.4, 850g
The bike was 8.25kg, but now it is 8.28kg. Because the tryall crank(right side) was broken yesterday, and i am using zhi crank at the moment.
Change the chains can save 50g, as I know, monty chain is the lightest.
