i've gone completely the other way with the zhi- dual vee brake
and i've recently got some monty riser bars on, with a 120x17 stem (pretty damn high!) and it feels awesome..your bars look really low? but then you are about twice my size...

I have been using dual disk for about two weeks, it feels really good.

try all booster fit frames with 100mm brake mount spacing.
But dob frames are 98mm.
Try to get a dob magnesium booster, it's lighter.

IS mount and POST mounts are different types of caliper/fork interfaces, for example manitou forks are post mount whereas magura forks (and I think pretty much, if not all trials forks are IS mount).
Oh, and obviously post calipers and post forks go together, same for IS mount caliper/forks.
