Well i think it depends on what type of riding you do. If you one of those people who go out for a social and dont try anything over there limit then yea sure run a bash ring but it you like to get better and try bigger moves them keep a bashplate as you can always fall back on to the bashplate and theres no harm but you might fall onto the frame and after a while the frame will start to weaken at that point. If your a weight weenie run a bashring haha

Well at the moment there are alot of frames out there and alot of them are quite light now anyway. Right now even echos and zoos are very light and still very strong just like Rockman frames they are very light but still im my opinion still strong. So basically its in your opinion of what you call heavy.For me its anything over 2 kg which alot of frame are under that. You just have to look at the frame and see if there looks like a weak point anywhere which may crack.

Hello ive been looking on ebay and i found some brake pads ive heard of them before but dident really think of it much. Just been looking on the web at what are accually sintered brake pads,So had anyone used them for trials ? What are the performance of them in all weathers ? a good review would be good. There fairly cheap aswell. Pads

Well yes you have to contact him if you want to go and ride as he might have an event on that day or weekend which he normally does like paint balling.
