i reckon you'll find mod's much easier to control being about a metre and a half tall mods are easier to throw around, hop up stuff and you'll probably progress quicker using one Alex

i had the same bike and having a magura on the back gives a much better bite! the vees that come with that bike really aren't too great and always slipped when i tried gapping stuff anyway if your getting them for a good price then go for it
