Depends on how serious a rider you are? I'm out at lest four days a week, two/three days training then a good ride with friends to put it in to practice. But a couple days rest can be good freshing up your riding. cheers guys Jamie.

What i did mate was put together a power point presentation and make a appointment with the council. Stress the good points.good for your health .getting kids of the streets .embracing on an up in coming sport. .publicity for your area but what really hit a note with my local councilor was the vandalism!!! i showed him the damage trials riders can do to walls and flower beds! Then showed him a percentage of riders in the UK from my area ,then i put this against the increase of vandalism Then told him that by making a park would lower the vandalism percentage by x amount, in proses of getting plans made up for a indoor trials park. cheers guys Jamie

Hi i run a echo pure 07 with middlburn rs7's with a 22 tooth ring on them and the smallest BB size i could go was 127.

Alright mate sorry about that left my phone in the car only remembered were i put it this now!!!! Iv been fixing my bike tonight anyway, the other night i was out with Ben and i managed to put a crack in my Maggie's cross over tube(oil everywhere). alls good now though. Hi yes forks have been a problem for me in the past!!! When i was learning hooks i was going through a pair a month. But i am running a pair of old skool handsome dog forks which seem to be absolutely bomb proof!!!

One of my friends runs The bb7 and i didn't like it at all, the bite was excellent but you really had to pull on it . It also was really spongy on the leaver with it being cable And iv been hearing stories of the cable snapping because of the sheer pull you have to give them!!!

MINE WOULD PROBABLY BE THE TAIL WHIP DROP OFF. AFTER RIDING WITH DANNY MAC I MADE IT A MISSION TO BE-ABLE TO DO IT! AND IT WAS ONLY THE OTHER NITE OFF A 4FT WALL THAT I FINLAY LANDED ONE !! HAPPY DAYS ON WARDS AND UP WORDS FROM NOW ON.

THE WORST THING IV DONE IS A 7 FT GAP TO FRONT WHEEL AND LANDED IT SQUARE ON THE EDGE THE FRONT WHEEL GAVE IN AND SPOKES SHARDED OF AND STABBED ME IN THE SHIN!!! I HAVE THREE NICE PUNCTURE MARKS TO PROVE FOR IT. SO THATS PROBABLY MY TRIALS NIGHTMARE ... EVERY TIME I DO A GAP TO THE FRONT WHEEL IT GOES THROUGH MY MIND. . CHEERS GUYS JAMIE . Iv seen loads of lads do that. they buy new pads then wack them on a tard rim, the first big gap they do they end up taking chunks out there pads! simply because the pad compound needs to bed in!!!! .DANNY MACASKIL IS A GOD.

Depends what pads your running! its obvious that plasmatics are going to bed in within a day, because they only last about a month. 3-5 days on a smooth rim rims with a grind OK maby 2 days.

If pads were bought brand new yesterday they're bound not to work as pads need a beading in time! pads roughly take 3 to 5 days of riding before they perform 100%.

Hi there i would go with a rear disc , a avid juicy 5 they are a lovely brake to run on the rear as thy have a solid pull on the leaver (no sponge like hope ). Plus these echo rim brakes have been getting bad reviews with the piston body's leaking at the seams! (complete leavers are mint though when ran on a maggy). keep it easy Jamie

whats spelling got to do with trials mate!!!! the lads got a problem an he has asked opinions how to fix it. he never asked for a opinion on his spelling. i thought it was quite clever spelling breaking as braking it grabbed my attention But it does sound like your leaver body needs to be changed though mate.
