how to fix a freewheel........ 1. take off your crank 2. take your crank to a cycle shop 3. approach the counter 4. ask them to fix your freewheel 5. pay the man 6. put the crank back on your bike 7. go out on your bike without a helmate and do something that your sure you cant pull off

i think if yur past 18 and you cant raise some eyebrows its pretty pefetic to start then many wont agree with this but its too late to start something like that because it will take you much longer to get good at it compared to us young ones. i would quit at 18 if i wernt onto something good my opinion, scott x

flat gap .....just along the ground i can get a bike and a half i have a pyphon long i dont know how far i can do from something scott x

if you ride everyday you will get bored of trials biking in a flash plus you will be branded as someone who has no life............... i ride at least once or twice a week, and i know what your thinking ( oh i bet it shows in his riding ) ....... not really i arnt that bad for how long ive been riding

i know i havent wrecked the tapers and i know the threads are clean the bottom bracket just wont hold the bolt in for a decent amount of time im not even possitive the cranks are rounded off/baggy

take it to a bikeshop to get it done properly ..........dont risk breaking it

yeh its doin my head in ........ try-all cranks (isis) they really are poo but i dont have the money for some tensiles at the moment

get a fat chizzle and a hammer, rest you frame on something with an armourdillo on preferably then hit it until it pops out

can get a brand new king headset from ebay now for around £65 and they have started using nice colours eg green, pink

i think? dont sound too sure of your self !! have you even felt a cable disk? because some people just assume they should get hydrolic because their more expensive! dont get me wrong........ i would never get a cable on the back but i advise one to be tryed out on the front

agreed........... then get some zoo! forks and bars on a high rise stem then we can be sexy again! oh and make sure your riding the right gearing because that can alter the feel of a bike so much 18-12 ***! i have just got an 06 zoo pyphon long set up like that and im improving now its like my old bikes were holding me back and i can finaly start gerrin good

slagging... what a word cant beat it some oldies come up and say their really impressed with what we do but others say " im off to get the police " i really think its funny when smack heads approach you and ask how much your bike costs asif their going to steal it and trade it in for their next fix. usually i just say well about £100 when really i know its worth over 10x that. i dont think its anything to get annoyed about really, just another way to excuse your level of riding from others, dont worry i have a little book of excuses of why my friends seem to kick my arse at trials so before i go off subject again scott xx

i used to think hydrolic no question.... until i tryed my friends bb7 and now i have one! its not even arguable how great a bb7 really is untill youve tryed one. everything is so easy to adjust for example the pad distance from the disk and the adjuster on my lever. with my old try-all/ hope disk i couldnt adjust nowt and it felt poo not forgetting cost of services and bleads. hydrolics just arnt worth the hassel if i could change anything about the bb7 i would make it alittle nicer looking like the deng levers and the same with the callipers. thanx scott xx

i dont think it was worth videoing to be honest sorry but 5 ft isnt a drop gap its hardly even a flat gap i think you should take this as constructive criticism and i hope it pushes you to learn something good before recording it (ITS REALLY HARD TO PUT SOMETHING NICELY)

dont get the plus thing but i think your abit silly being proud of paying any amount of money for a monty alp to be honest id sooner top my self than ride a monty alp
