well personaly, i don't think water's good because, my friend sent hgis bike to the shop, he re-filled it with water, they froze in the winter. but he left his bike o0utside during the cold weather outside (at night), lol!

when we 1st started trialsing, i was just riding down a hill in to a big obstical of crates, we didn'nt know what to do when we 1st got them, we was trying trails, i think, but when we (me and my friends) saw trialsing on extreme sports, we tried hopping 1st

erm, i can't explain it but.. just try this to get urself started; ride, then hit ur front brake and as ur coming down lean back so u get ur front wheel in the air, then keep hold of your braken just bounce, lol. That's what most of my friends did to learn how to do. I've never been able to explain this to some one( but i tried ), it just came natural to me, after watching lots of people doing it and getting my ballance on my back tire.
