We usually have names for the places we ride. But if we don't, I tend to call it a spot. For example, let's ride that spot with the sloping wall.

You need more antifreeze then. In weather like this I'd say 50/50 water/antifreeze.

I've found that the best way is to do it from the bottom. Take the reservoir cap off, push a shit load of oil through(flicking the hose with your finger to release any trapped air), do the bottom bleed nipple up, and roll the diaphram in as they do in the tutorials.

Any bolt store/specialist will do them. Pro2 bolts use a standard thread so if you ask for an m10 bolt with an 8mm head they'll help you out for less than a pound normally.
