what Do You Hate The Most?
dreaming of a monty replied to stunt man t's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
it's only a manual if your not pedaling, plus due to the law pedestrians kinda have the right of way, plus wheelies aren't lame, it's a good way to learn your balance point for manuals, rear wheel hops and to do the wheelie itself -
hey matey, my mrs is a student nurse, she said it sounds like a sprain or a pulled tendon. nothing major just get a decent support bandage on it and rest it for a week. if your still experiencing pain try some ibuprofen gel and if after the week it's still playing up go see your doc. hope this helps and good luck for a speedy recovery. mitch

hey, just thought i'd let you know that i bought an 07 t-comp back in march and the only things i've changed are the pedals. I've not had to get anything fixed or replaced the bike has been fine. You should find you get along with it just fine. I can't really fault mine and it's never let me down. Hopefully you'll enjoy yours like i've enjoyed mine. Enjoy your riding and hope i've helped. (btw never even had a puncture or a pinch flat, hopefully this wont jinx that)

hey just been looking through the website deciding on what to purchase. Unfortunately the hoody and long sleeve t-shirts start at a medium. Would it be possible to find out whether or not there will be a small made available ?
-
I'd definately go for the echo, it looks nicer and i've heard that koxx frames have a reputation for snapping quite easily. (don't know how true it is but i wouldn't risk it personaly).
-
Would just like to say love the designs, and definately can't argue with the prices. Know where i'll be buying my new t-shirts from, and loved the hoody.

Good evening all, i'm not sure where victoria square is or how to get there. Would anyone be willing to meet a newb at the train station so i can make it. cheers

evenin, just thought i'd ask where the new street gap was as i'm not sure. and plus im no longer a new member by the way josh (woo hoo) hopefully i'll be able to make both dates

I personnally don't think you need a trials specific bike to start on, the basics can be learn't on most bikes. I started doing trackstands, wheelies and endo's on my saracen x-ray when i was 16. I purchased my first proper trials bike (an onza t-comp) in march this year (now 19) and found the bike a lot easier and nicer to do trials on. I've noticed that the common reccomendation for people just getting into trials is the 06 onza t-pro. hope this helps

'rules need to be followed to be valaidated' cant say fairer than that. well said

What Bike Should I Get
dreaming of a monty replied to dirt jumper jake's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
I'd recommend an onza t-comp, really nice to ride. I started on one and it was great to learn on and it still suits me fine today. Hope this helps. -
i'll do all i can to make sure i'm there. looking forward to it.
-
rob you've seen my t-comp and although i've never owned a t-pro i can't seem to find fault with my t-comp. Mitch p.s fancy going for a ride soon
-
the black km1 does look very very nice, anyone know where i can get one? the http://www.kobikes.com/product.php website has a link to a uk dealer but it wont let me onto the page.
-
right i seem to get the impression that the a3 is a bad idea. so cheers for the advice and i'll go see if i can find out about these ko bikes. cheers
-
Yeh but if your dreams come true then what you got to live for. Besides i'm begining to prefer the looks of the a3. I've not heard much about ko bikes, jonny mc used to have one i think. Sure he mentioned it once or twice. I kinda feel a little put off monty's after the thread about them snapping.
