All i know of Hope is what i ca read off there website and say of great and amazing products that i have used. I've called my mate. The DVD is in a .VOB file formatt. I will be picking up a copy of it tonight and will need to convert it to MPEG, AVI divx i think. All sorts of stuff. A lot of aerospace stuff but all manners of enginering stuff. Have CNC/cad,cam, plasma cutter along with a water cutter being fitted. I've made a few steal mech hangers for some local XC riders. Booster is something i'd like to try out

Guys, I maybe new and i might of found a hole in the market to avoid Chris (Zhi) from ripping us off but please can you stop PM'ing me asking to buy the frame and then sell you it. I'm a metal worker, i know whats needed to be done on the stuff. A local bikeshop had a DVD off Hope showing some production and there is a part where they show the disc being cut, treated and cleaned. I will try and get a copy and uplaod it

Hi Alex, Thanks for the video, good idea that. Right i now see the problem. Admitly at the end of the video when you had the axle spinning it sounds like bearings where moving too and not happy. On the drive side, is it possible to fit it in a dropout, say the non drive side of the frame so you'd do the bolt from inside the frame. Ie: looks like you have 1 staberliser wheel. If so do it and do the bolt up mega tight. This should hold it nicely so you can then undo the non drive side. I don't know how you've let it go like it has. Some grease on the threads of the bolts will not go a miss next time as this should help them come off easyer. Dave

Looks good. Once machined out it'll need a surface grinding to get flat then a heat treatment follwoed by a dish washer degressing. Think your wanting 600*c for the heat treament and then it's going to be cooled under presure is what Hope do.

£18 GBP and a gift is the limit for anything coming in to the uk as an import from a non EU country. I duno how i'd go about it as i'd be advertizing i think which is not allowed. Need to work out carefully

2 allen keys, or bolt one side on the frame up mega tight and then undo the other. You'll see if you go through the way of doing it. You will kick you self soon

Umm tank'ness didn't do it then, bugga. I don't see why you need that non-drive side bolt to come off. Only the drive side as thats the side your working on. Just line the axle up if it has moved and twist the drive shell so as if it was all togther and working it'd click, just twsit it and push and it should go in and everything be in the right location. Make sure by twsiting it and counting the clicks as it all engages etc etc. Hope you get it sorted. Dave

Could be both the paws and springs. What about if you rotated the body so the paws close as you gently push it in the hub. Sorry i fogot to say you should push with tumbs on the axle and wiggle the sprocket off. I kinda though there was some logic/understanding it's floating in there. Least you got it off!

They are less than. Think, the shops sells it, they need to cover cost, then there is shipping and materials. I googled and looked around and found a few places that sold it and mailed them. Got a reply of the cheapest and a lot use it so i'm going to order it latter this week.

I'm not sure what TF's rule is on piracy so i stop there. Personly Vista is highly rated, taken a white paper servered on Bill to get SP1 for it and even then it's public BETA. It's also depends what you PC spec is. XP is fine and is what i recomend highly
