  1. yes callum. yes i do. when i know im correct. do you have a thing about following me around the forum just trying to wind me up. i have an idea, just keep your smart arse comments to yourself. it saves arguments which you'r trying to provoke.
  2. i had a da bomb schoole as my first trials bike. end of. its a 20" tyre. and i hate being told im wrong when i know for a fact that im right. thats why i went to the effort of finding tyres that will fit.
  3. but thats not a da bomb schoole its a da bomb team magura so im right.
  4. it's 30 meters not 3 hehe. You could always cut up an old innertube if you have a punctured one handy. although it's qite a bit of hassle. id just go for parcel tape.
  5. i fractured my scaphoid 3rd of june. got out of cast on monday 18th of august. and its stil not fully healed. they had t x-ray my wrist tice till they found it aswell.
  6. <snip> "Da bomb" bikes have 20" rear rims not 19". so he needs a 20" tyre not a 19" one. and when i say a 20" one i mean as in one that will fit the front wheel aswell before u start getting all cocky.
  7. funny day. drinking+bbq+stuffed crocodile= wheyyyyyyyyy
  8. and a front brake. or if u mean the v brake on the front, look at the forks then call urself a tard.
  9. No it wont. No they're not. Most rear trials rear wheels are 19", but not all. I'm sorry to be an arse but if your goingto tell people to buy something MAKE SURE YOUR TELLING THEM TO BUY THE RIGHT THING, NOT SOMETHING THAT WON'T FIT LIKE YOU'VE JUST SAID. Rant over sorry. http://www.supercycles.co.uk/site_details.asp?ProductID=590 Its a front tyre but it's still 2.35" wide which isnt too bad,if this is true. Also a front tyre wouldnt offer as much puncture protection, but it would fit and be perfectly useable. http://www.supercycles.co.uk/site_details.asp?ProductID=373 This wold also fit but is the same as above when it comes to puncture resistance, etc. I think its quite bad that shops sell the onza t-vee which has a 20" rear wheel, yet dont stock replacement tyres. I also think it's even worse that supercycles don't stock 20" tyres, as they are onza's main dealer. Onza do make 20" rear tyres as they fit them to their low range 20" bikes. I've also had a search thrugh google to no avail. Maybe rig tarty bikes or contack joe@onza and enquire where sells the tyres they fit to their bikes. Also just realised try-all must make a 20" rear tyre as this is what's fitted to the yaaba bike range.
  10. hehe i think this could work callum. if u make pads out of asbestos theyll be the best please try it
  11. do it. i see no reason why not to. but find out where the rim is joined, and do not drill there.i think this is usually oppsite the valve hole
  12. it's your choice. which do you enjoy more. or do both.
  13. use a dictonary or the random small question thread. brake pads with modulation are pads that will slow the bike down without locking the wheel but also have the ability to lock the wheel when required by the rider applying more pressur to the lever. for example a disk brake has modulation but a magura with a grind ans say plazma\tic pads doesnt have modulation
  14. driving tests are too easy yes. i passed my theory first try no practice i passed my driving test after 5 lessons. 2 of which i only took after a 4 week break so i could get used to driving instructors car again. putting a engine capacity limit on young people will not help. i have a 1.0 vw polo which does 100 easy. also it wouldnt help industry. im a apprentice electrician and work all over country and need to drive. for this i have an o8 2.9 liter vivaro wan. if engine size was limited i wouldnt be able to drive this van and wouldnt be able to do my job which means id never gain qualifications. some people are sensible some others are tossers. its hard to learn to drive with someone sat next to you telling you how to hold the steering wheel. people learn to drive after theyve passed their test. people should be assesed 5 years after passing their test but not on how they hold steering wheel or if they cross their arms etc etc, but on how safe observant and considerate they are.
  15. the cranks dont turn the crank arm is bent the bb is too short bb cups arent in properly back brake is on 2 bolt mounts bauld rear tyre no fornt brake
  16. if you have a bench grinder hold the pad in a set of grips or plies and lightly place it on the side of the disk (the flat side. just dont press hard.
  17. fil the kettle and boil it. make a cup of tea pour the rest of the boiling water over the crank arm where it goes on the bb. give it a bag with a hammerb and it wil just come off straight away. then drink you'r tea. old tea isn't good
  18. lee you ball bag ur not smart enough to write that. bloody pufta all togeter no pufta pufta pufta pufta pufta pufta pufta can that be a poem it rhymes? tard
  19. the monty rim can't be that bad if you'r willing to swap it unless your being a twat and trying to rip off another tf sort it out
  20. year 2000 polo 1.0 usually fast driving (i have terrile timekeeping) about 30 mpg 40 if i drive sensibly measured by filling up to brim driving in general. around 300 miles later fill up to the brim again. look how many gallons i put in and divide by the total number of miles covered since i last filled up.
  21. jesus christ why do i want to hurt new members. click the link. theres a picture of the full bike in there.
  22. i haven't tried one but. it looks to be good quality. in all honesty a front hub is a front hub. it runs on cartridge bearings which is always good as they run super duper smooth and last along ime without service. the weight seems reasonable and it looks nice and sturdy. i know the bt rear hubs were awesome. i'd go for it dude. white finish looks sweet too and no one will notice the damage
