I've got three bikes. My onza Proto which I spend all my money on, a mongoose expert bmx .... i've change tyres and bars on and i've got a dirt jump bike , unsure of the brand though . I don't spend money on my other bikes because they dont need looking after as much as trials because more things break doing trials riding than BMXing or dirt jumping for me.
Another sunday were I can't come I've learnt to back wheel now about 3ft onto a picnic bench I'll take pictures when I get back off holiday....I might be a bit rusty though :$
Trials is expensive for me as I have had to pay for my new bike. Since my birthday in March and saving up from paper round and other small jobs here and there iv'e earned nearly £400. I've bought bits for my frame since I got it for my birthday and finally now i've built it up. Still needs work doing though so ive got to wait another week when i earn another £14 from paper round. All the parts i've bought have been second hand and really good cheap parts.... Zoo! cranks - £40 Try-All wheel - £40 Echo Freewheel- £15 Front Onza wheel, as brand new £15 Cheaper than brand new parts and they are all in good condition.
Revolver - yes i will come out but in september....i only get back 29th i just realised Gravey - LOL mate, youve got a bleed kit lend me it those gloves???? lol Yeah , i will wash them , but on saturday so their fresh for when i go away lol
Toby........the frame is amazing , brilliant on the back wheel It was worth the wait for the parts The last things to do on it : - brake bleed back and front - new pads ( any will do for me) - true back wheel - bearing cup for non-drive side and maybe a new chain the one i got was £4 off a market stall
Heres a few pictures of today when i got my rear wheel and was able to ride again for the first time in 3 months... Excited that i'd finished building it...... tiny sidehop .... Falling off .....
It's got the riding spots I rode early on one sunday morning when i went to stay with my grandparents. They live about 15 mins away from the centre so I went riding from 8ish till about 11 and there wasn't many people around.
St helens is a good place to ride in merseyside. I lived there about 5 years ago, so much has changed, went back last month, theres a line of rocks outside of tesco and loads of other good spots to ride around the centre.
