Hi, Last weekend I rode at the Royal Highland show with Duncan Shaw. Had a great time in Edinburgh! Ben.

I'm looking forward to this one, it will be the first time the new sections above the bridge have been used plus can't wait to have a blast down the new 4X track. Ben.

I am pretty sure TRA's frame is well over a year old, and it has been given the "go and break this" treatment by its previous owner. I rode my Coustellier for the first time this weekend at a wet and windy Royal Highland Show. I'm very pleased with it and found it gave a very smooth ride. I put in some large-ish drops many times over without problems. Ben.

After a great comp in front of a large crowd, I finished up on clean along with Florian T and Caisso, we cleaned some big stuff. No one had thought about what would happen if a tie occurred, probably thought marks would be lost! For me the worst decision was taken – a race, we all had to race each other. In my first run against Caisso I spun out going for a big gap and crashed out, just avoided head butting the edge of the step on the far side of the gap – hit my chest and cut my leg! The crowd enjoyed it, liked a bit of blood, but it put me a race down – I beat Flo’ in our race, even though I crashed again through the finish, so finished up in second to Caisso who won both his races. All considered a good weekend, I’m well grateful for the chance of riding, many thanks to the organisers – off to the Irish bar next to the hotel to blow my winnings. Ben.
