as a quick fix some cooking oil(i know its not right but it was a hopefully quick fix just to see if the pistons were shagged) but might get a syringe and give a water bleed a go NicP

Right well today i was riding along happily (little bit too fast) and a gear slipped, because of this i went over and fell quite harshly the crossover tube split so after a quick ride back to my friend Neill's, he cut it down and quickly bled it but nothing happens when the lever is pulled. best thing to do from experience ring police get all your mates to look out for it when mine and my mate Neill's bikes got nicked people that we didn't even know were looking for our bikes lol ring insurance seriously there not all pricks but what i would say if you see someone on your bike don't just go up and smack them (many people's first reaction ) ring the police or try speak to the person it would be awful if he/she was hospitalised and they didn't take it just bought it off someone so yeah bit weirdly phrased but i've had a few tonight lol Nic P
