I had a chain snap a few years ago when i was attempting a sidehop. It resulted in a face plant on the wall, that hurt.

It would deffinately have to be the pro II hub unless you have plenty of money going spare, then you might think about a Chris King.

What reasons do you have for calling it gay? There is nothing wrong with it, its just another material or method of saving weight. We drill rims to save weight, Thats not GAY!! Carbon fibre is very strong, if it wasnt then it would not be used.

I dont agree that they are over priced. As you say they are awesomely strong and have an amazing warranty, so it is worthe spending money on it. Isn't it like a 10 year warranty you get with them. If you want the best of anything, clothes, cars, etc etc... then you have to pay a bit more.

I have just bought a Czar ivan frame, the 05/06 model in short. Im going to be using square taper cranks so need some help on what BB to get. Needs to have 68mm shell, But I could do with some suggestions to what axle length to get, and also what Brand/model. I always used to use a Shimano UN53 i think it was.

Yes it is a trials bike, a few years old now, but very good bikes, if your just learning then it wil great for you. They are quite short frames, not sure what length exactly.

Thats not good news, keep your eyes out for it, you might see some little chav riding it if your lucky. Some one once tried to steal my bike, only thing is that I was on it at the time so they wernt getting it. Bl**dy gypsys.

If you do heavier weights and less reps one week, then lighter weights more reps the next. Change your work out every so often, your muscles get into a routine if you do it too often. I currently squat 40 each side and Im quite small, i found this type of training works well for me.

I used to have one, only had it for a week. It was a good frame, just a bit short for me, couldnt get used to it. Very good price!!

When ever I need to bleed my brakes and I dont have any mineral oil I just use some Vegetable oil.

Adamant pads are only £9 from Tarty Bikes at the moment. Otherwise if you want to spend a bit more, go for Koxx brown.

Maybe you could show that idea to Mr Martyn Ashton and he may use it as a females version of the Justice frame. A dolly seat instead of the plastic seat.

Thats probably why its never taken off, because it just gets in the way, and maybe looks a bit gay, no offence.

Read the rules, if your a committed trials rider you will wait until your validated before trying to sell stuff.

I say its because the majority or riders are not really bothered about getting a couple of sratches on there frames.
