remove the back wheel, take off the fun bolts / axle nuts...slide on the snail cams. If you have a monty frame, the cams need to be on the outside of the frame due to their weird spaced frames ( unless you're using a genuine monty hub ) with any other hub and frame they'll fit on the inside of the frame. Hopefully your frame has the little m5 bolts that the snail cams notch against...if not its time to go to the bikeshop and grab some...they're the same size as bottle cage mounts and need to be aroun 10mm long. Now...adjust away!...set the drive tug up first until the chain is nearly at desired tension, by forcing the cam down, which in turn pushes the wheel backwards. Now,tighten the driveside bolt/nut and setup the non-drive cam so the wheel is centred in the frame.
