Right i say this comp needs a theme, shorts and shades sounds like a good theme. Imagine the photos of everyone out in awful snowwy conditions in shorts and sun glasses would make for some interesting banter

Im tempted to ride elite/expert aswell but the thing that puts me off is i dont know how hard the sections are. Intermediate at the fort william comp is perfectly suited to my level but expert is just rediculous, but the the competition i rode in east lothian which i rode intermediate at that kevin set up was to easy for me. Owell i might just give expert a bash anyway

You riding intermediate at the comp Gary? If so then damn if got some hard competition

WTF youve only been riding for 4 months and your that good, motortrials has obviously helped you with balance and power as you had alot of bike control.

Any idea on how much it will cost to use the Hotels camping area?

Thats almost as light as my mod and my mod is f*cking light I will be up for the comp on saturday so keep a close eye on this or it might just go missing

By the way where abouts is the mound iv been looking on google maps but cant seem to find it, Is it close to a main road or building so i have a rough idea how far away it is

Well i could get a bus to fort william then hop on another bus to Kinlochleven which would drop me off at kieren road end. Only thing is id need to leave on friday as the bus times wouldnt get me in on time on saturday so this means id need to get a friday of work at short notice. Also i would need a lift from kieren road end on friday up to the mound to set up camp.

Sorry guys im not gonna be able to get there im afraid unless some near by is going that could give me a lift

I cant believe i missed this thread My bike is knackered at the moment but it should be fixed within the next week aslong as i get my parts from tarty asap. I will sign up for memberhip in the next few days and will try and make arrangements to get to kinlochlevin. (sp?) Also lewis if i can get a lift im sure my dad wouldnt mind swinging by your way.

Iv been to the last four fort william trials and this one will be no exception.

The feeling of needing a shi*t so bad your almost in tears then finally getting to a toilet and letting the sucker out,the relief that washes over you is immense.
