    i'll post a new thread about norwich on the 8th. hopefully will get abit of interest. fingers crossed there wont be quite so much biking around from place to place i was too shattered to ride after all that pedaling ha!

    hi lads just seeing whos up for a good old norwich ride sunday the 24th april? i've been riding again now for just over 2months and still haven't ridden there so looking forward to visiting the old spots again! hope a few people are up for it.

    im there boys! oh jamie east i live in beccles i've been trying to find some local riders around bungay to meet! i used to live in lowestoft but moved a few months ago so duno where to ride in beccles or bungay! if you come to lowey today mate i'll take you number see if we can meet up somewhere for a ride be good to meet some new people!

      to you mate, yes, you probably don't remember riding with me all those years back, its actually ryan on a different account (old one got blocked) anyways, yes it's still for sale. say £300 for a eastcoast rider? sound fair? can always arrange to meet somewhere and exchange? will need a new chain btw but i have a kmc that i havent used which i can include?
