uv got a very good point in saying power lifter only use strentgh for a short period of time and tech is more important do you think height and weight play any part?

every 1s saying different aftr wathng some videos on trashzen and study the moements of the body i see techinique plays a large part when im ridng though irelise how much strength is needed is get up and onwards techinique adds the smoothness what you reckon???

i had this ery same problem i ook the grips off and dried them then i drop a little water in to them and work i with my finger then replced them oil - hairspray didnt work as i tried and nearly snapped my wrist

hi i have a onza tbird with a 24t sprocket as its damaged i want to upgrade if i changed the sprocket to a 18t would i have to change the crank and chain im well confused don't wanted to buying something for it not to work correctly help please
