Yer True say about the keep it standard and safe thats a pretty goo point .... But i mean for instants the headset does 1 job, turning the wheel so you could go for a bit of bling there , or would you say different ?

I like to add a bit of bling to my bike, you know bright colours and so on, and things which really don't make any odds but pay more for the looks (maybe the reason why my bikes always broken lol) Soooo, what do you go for, the looks or the reliablity ?

oright mate just an idea you could always place the spacers in a vice and try straighing them if there the flat type i have the same problem but not as much movement as you say yours has and i,m going to invest in acain creek tooo people have said them are pretty good

yer , riding is addictive aint it , but wether aint on our side lol i just cant wait till it drys up and gets bit warmer then its 24/7

Riding shoes?? hhhmmm i personaly find wearing my nike airmax work well but really as quoted before you want something with a thick pattern thread on the sole for grip but you want some thing to allow your feet to breathe which is easy to find really ,but as most nike trainers are running/sportswear they don,t offer much protection around the ankle which i would find helpful for when have to bail ,and in most case its hard to land correctly resulting and sprains and twists but if you had ankle support this may minimise the chance of this happening So really you wan to be looking for breatheabilty,comfort and ankle protection

aye, if you stop riding during winter or even don,t ride as much you are going to loe the fitness you have gained from summer riding

yer guy the slippage is no good at all ,i try tighen them to the max but they still drop down
