ok this is a little breezy ill edit it later and be more precise when my dads home get you mucky mits on a left hand tap step 1 drill a small hole in the bolt step 2 screw in the left hand tap step 3 screw it in and it shud pull the bolt out I have done this a few times you can get them from b&q for more infomation ask at b&q

a grind is when you hold a angle grinder to your rim and gentley score it which creates a ruff surface and better braking tar is a black little rock which you dab around your rim and is very sticky and the brake has no chance of slipping (dont use it on cheap vee brakes) but tar has been know to rip your pads off there backing

so because people complain they leak could I just replace the"o rings" with better ones and all will be good
