is it just the msn system going down again, or is it my computer?? today i downloaded and installed messenger 5.0 for mac, tried to sign in and it just times out and says there is either an error with the system or you are not connected to the inernet. i am connected to the internet, but it is through the uni network, this didn't seem to cause a problem for version 4.0. i have tried going back to version 4.0 but it does the same thing. any help or info would be great. cheers dan

next week im moving out to huddersfield uni. im just wondering whether to have a tv and therefore having to buy a tv liscence. or getting eyeTV. im a bit confused, do you need to still have a tv liscence?? anyone got any opinions or experiences, reccommendations, all would be much appreciated. cheers dan

does anyone know the max file size that this phone can download? i've been trying to download mp3s from the internet using wap, it lets me download the 30 sec ones but wont let me download full songs, giving the messgae file size too large. any help would be great cheers dan

its called "interpolation" when you resize a low quality image, photoshop just spaces the pixels out more and more the bigger you go. Interpolation is when photoshop fills the gaps inbetween these pixels with what it thinks should go there. unless your image is really simple and has no detail whatsoever, i would stick to redrawing it in illustrator as this uses vector based graphics which are inifinatly resizeable. actually, even if it is really simple i would still redraw because its not like it would take very long anyway. cheers dan

hi, i'm buying my girlfriend an ipod shuffle for her birthday. what i want to do is put all her favourite songs on it before she gets it. only problem is I have a mac an she has a PC. are they the same as other ipods in that you can either use on PC OR MAC and not both?? cheers dan

its with zurich, im not sure but i think my mum an dad are on it aswell. cant be sure though. its deffo fully comp but im not the only named driver.

i have got one of these babies. lol had it since last summer, love it. had 105mph out of it all the way down the M62 on the way home from hull today, lol. mine is a Y reg and its more of a dark grey colour, still very nice though. engine 1.3, 15" alloys (i think) insurance fully comp bout £900, i've been drivin alost a year, no crashes/tickets etc. cheers dan

i'll try resetting my ipod because itunes opens when the ipod is not connected so it must be summat to do with that i'll reset it and reinstall the software see what happens

would that delete all of the music files though? all; of the playlists anyway

ok whenever i connect my ipod to my mac, itunes opens an then "unexpectedly quits" (N) i have had it since last summer an it has never bolloxed up on me. any ideas as to what the problem is? cheers dan
