  1. On my 26/24inch Marinobikes I'm  currently running a BBB stem which is 90/35 Rise (they go for around £20 on eBay) in 25.4 but u will need 31.8 which they do. Very gd quality and quite popular for anyone who wants to save abit of money. I ran a hex with a 70/35 aswell, which felt great to help make the bike feel shorter. But if u want abit more room for gaps I'd go for the 90/35. Would love a 80/35, but u can't get any. Think Ali C runs a Xtreme stem 80/40 31.8 clamp only. so u can take away most of the stackers, which is a great idea. They come from Rose-bikes in Germany.

  2. EBC RED PADS, everyone is mostly using these. I have a set for my shimano saint brakes and SLX brakes like yours that u have purchased, also they bed in very quicky. If u have a push pin which u bend the end to hold the pads in. I have replaced it with a threaded bolt and nylon nut, which u can pickup anywhere from a Engineer hardware store. It's so the pads don't wobble in the calipers. Its a gd cheat for those brakes.

  3. If its anything like his old Megamo/mongoose stickered, I had the exact same frame and still have a brand new one hanging up in my spare room. The geo wudnt be that great to many riders. But as this is one was custom made it might have afew tweaks to make his riding better. One thing I didn't like was the look of the rear chainstay, between the rear wheel and saddle. Also the small headtube. Other then that I'm looking forward to seeing Chris in a video on this steed. He does run Hope hubs on his trials still, but is sponsored by Shimano that's why his other bikes are covered in the parts.

  4. Not quite sure what you mean by that first one, the second idea may be possible though, I'll have a try sometime.

Sorry I didn't put it clearer. As you land perfectly on the tree, I just keep thinking your going to turn your pedals round starting with your opposite foot then power wheel up to the top of it.

  5. Great riding and filming from Mark and Ali. 2 things which keep sticking in my mind everytime I watch this video. Either they were or would be difficult to do or I'm just throwing it out there for Ali to try. I was hoping to see Ali give that Tree line an opposite pedal stroke up to the top of the log in a motor trial style. Also the Tyre tap to the Lamp post, would be great to see him try getting back onto the wall.

  6. Geo is Now up. Not much changed as i liked the feel of the same frame I had before. All I wanted was the fork added, Black forks are going to stay on for awhile till I fancy a change to the Green ones :)

I always wanted this bike setup so I could ride Rocks+Street and wouldn't struggle on either.

I had my first ride on it at the wkd in a skatepark which didn't really give me much trials action but as it was raining I had no choice. Hopefully get out this wk and session it properly. Very happy with the colour still as its just how I wanted it. Why a MARINOBIKE over an Inspired? Mostly down to choice of having the opportunity to have my own Geometry/Colour and Knowing Marino will do a gd job of making it for me. Plus the response of the Many people riding his bikes show's that he's gd at what he does and listens, plus people believe in his work.

Oh and the Bashguard was made by Euan Beaden including the front axle.

  7. So this is the New Marino Offshore frame 26inch. Same Geo as my last frame but with the added Marino Fork. Colour came out just as I asked for (Seafoam green) Did have a fork to match, but felt it wud be abit too much.
