How high up the wall was the sink out of interest?
Pretty standard sink height I guess. High enough he couldn't just squat over it

Don't know if it's just a phase I'm going through but I feel my love for bikes fading. I've not wanted to touch my bike since September now, it's a nice day out yet nothing about me wants to go for a ride.
100% agree. I started to get back into climbing (bouldering) 6 months ago, and for the last 2 months the bike has barely been looked at, let alone ridden. Have so much more motivation to climb than ride I fear it may take over....
That said, I think a bit of time off over winter may help in the long-term. Give the bike a rest & do something else while it's cold/wet/dark. Come the spring, with weather turning I reckon I'll be itching to get back on it again

Get out to Barrow farm (Radical bikes) too, near Chelmsford

Buy him a shovel, wheelbarrow and a watering can and tell him to get digging!

Get some logs of varying sizes.
Large sections of trunk you can ratchet strap standing up against a pallet stack.
Thinner branches can be screwed down on edges of pallets, making for a narrow target to sidehop / front to back on.
Little logs can be screwed onto pallets from the under side, allowing for technical take off's, landings and turns.
In the barn me and Seddon have had for a couple of years we also have some smallish (still f**king heavy) off-cut pieces of quarried granite from Merrivale on Dartmoor. These are still really rough and nautural on top, but have completely smooth bottoms. you can drag them around the floor and just put a piece of rubber mat underneath them to stop the sliding. Again this makes for real nice technical take-off's and landings

So we appear to have unintentionally ended up out tonight. Stole a sofa from one bar and put it on the dance floor of another. Got thrown out fairly sharpish so took it to another, game on...
We must partake in similar activities soon. It's been too long dude

I set my messaging up so that it wouldn't give the sender the 'delivered' message when I received it for that exact reason. f**ks me off so much!
Fair enough if I've not replied for a day or so, but within an couple of hours? Do one
