Yeah ive already bath bled it no problem, but im wanting to use phat phluid its doing my head in.

I cant get a decent bleed on mine either, got a decent bleed once with water but then tried phluid and it just doesnt want to work.

Didnt know there was a scene in morecambe! were down theyre quite alot in the summer.

What i do is push the pad all the way up to the rim so its sqaure, nip the clamps up and pull the lever to ease the cylinders out.

I reckon theres your problem, get a sealed bearing hub.

Put a bolt under the clamps then put the bolt into the mount to stop it moving sideways, you can pick up a helicoil kit on ebay for about 15 quid? well worth the money imo.

Ive always used kmc kools and never had a problem, i replace mine every 2 months mind.
