Sorry but it is meerly common sence, just use plyers or something on the lines of that. I am using an emulsion fluid, it was forteh and his amazing dad who gave me the idea, so I mixed up 5 parts water, 3 spray oil and 1 fairy liquid. I have been using it for about a month now and it is working amazingly.
