Buy scalpel with few replacable blades,that´s the easiest way to do it, it should take 30min max.

You can buy wellgo mg1 from e-bay for 27dollars+postage maybe cheaper,recomended,but get longer pins if you can or new shoes.

There is no need for so wide tire in front 2,1-2,3 max imo,whoch one depends on your needs,i´ve continental speedking 2.1,400g,recomended

they are quite new so it´s hard to tell how long they could last, but from what i´ve heard they are very good,TRA also has SL,TR is good too,loud as fook and stiff. I have try all freewheel over year and it hasn´t skipped one time.

Continental rain king/der kaiser if you have a lot of money,probably most durable tires on the market,still lighter than try all. Kenda navegal/blue groove if you want cheaper but high quality tire. Maxxis tires are durable too,but i don´t like their feel. Schwalbe big betty are also good,very bouncy and kinda light.

10 minutes is really long time, it´s really easy to put it back, just push jaw straight down with fingers on last tooth and it should skip back in immediately because of muscle tension.Important thing, it shouldn´t hurts very much, if it´s not broken, in this case don´t move with it, it could cause damage of jaws nerves. Just for future:-)

You don´t have to go to doctor, there isn´t any quick solution of this.If it skipped back in it should be ok after few days. But yeah, you can´t go wrong visiting doctor anyway, so if you have time...

Because in slovak language isn´t anything like apostrophe,so slovak keyboard doesn´t have apostrophe button logically. What i´m writing is just something that just looks like apostrophe. That´s right,but i do it just when i´m writing official report to school. I really don´t get you guys, you´re acting like bunch of grammar bitches here, but all sections are full of dunno,though etc.I don´t think you find any of them in dictionary...

From what i´ve read here it´s not observedtrials where the tards are...Despite validation system. So you know that this system it´s not fair sometimes(everytime in my opinion),so why it´s still working this way?why thousands of people gotta start the same topics and give the same advices all the time just because there were/are few stupid individuals who did not respect forum rules?It seems to be one mess,which cannot be called system really.I´m sorry mods,admins,I´m not writing this to make you look like people who aren´t doing their job well,i´m traying to say that this whole thing is not making this forum better and i´m sure i´m not the only one because people here are doing the best they can(most of them),but plenty of them isn´t validated because they weren´t noticed by any of you this is really not motivating to keep posting here.

after 6 months of giving good advices and everything i would say i´m good enough to be validated,that´s what i´m saying and six months of waiting is really good reason for being pissed,especially when you see all that stupid imature coments made by full members.this is only forum i know about which has this "clever"system,because there is no need for something like this,because if somebody is idiot as you said,mod gives him warning or ban,no problem,that´s the job of mods imo,not to act like "gods of validation" who know exactly who is good enough and who isn´t. oh,i haven´t noticed this is english grammar forum,but maybe i´m wrong.
