you rub it on. A good way how is to spin your wheel then rub it against the rim, dont use too much though or your brake will go crap

If it looks and rides ok then get it, cant really fault levelboss' they seem a solid frame. Nice geo aswell.

I cant believe a kamel is too short for you there one of the shortest mods out. Also try a shorter stem -
