  1. Echo trs, you'll never look back! Had mine for about a year and a half, still have all their pins, on their original axles and bodys and i'm not a smooth rider, i offen hit them, do large drops and genrally beat them up, i do 8ft drops and they're happy to hold me when i do them. They defiantly have THE BEST weight to strength ratio of ANY trials part!
  2. Most hubs are 10mm, trial techs have drop outs for a 9mm hubs, i have the exact same problem, just file away the drop out slightly, just half a mill on each side, problem solved. Wont cause any weakness to the fork either. Or If you have a lathe then pop the axle out and machine the axle down to 9mm.
  3. Revell Trials 20" - Disc only 20" frame from British manufacturer Revell. - Made from high quality 4130 cromoly steel. - 116mm spaced dropouts can be easily used with either chain tugs, or snail cams (require the use of a nut and bolt rather than a traditional snail cam bolt). - Suitable for use with a 19" rear wheel only. - Teardrop/triangular down tube helps resist dents and gives extra weld contact area. - 100mm long head tube takes a standard headset and has reinforcing rings at the top and bottom to help prevent flaring. - IS disc mount is supported thanks to a large bracing bar. - Please note: This frame is supplied with a Revell bash plate, but NOT bolts, washers and rubber. The bash plate requires standard M6 bolts, and the use of a bashplate rubber and washers is recommended. - Available in gloss powdercoat Red, Black or Grey. - Weight: 2.374kg Geometry (When measured with Echo Urban fork, sold seperately): Wheelbase: 990mm Chainstay Length: 375mm BB Rise: 50mm Head Angle: 71 degrees Centre of BB shell to top centre of head tube: 590mm http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/20_inch_frames/revell_trials_20_inch/c36p11729.html Bargin at only £50
  4. Bull shit, i've done it countless times, especially on my 160 rotor when i put water on and it turns instantly into steam.
  5. Yeah i know the brake he used, just wanted to know the pads.
  6. What brake pads did danny use when he ran his hs33 on his skye? Always wondered, but never found out, they look like heatsinks but cant really tell.
  7. Unlucky, are you logged into tartybikes? Maybe you should go straight to the v!Z websight?
  8. The hope will need to bed into the disc, this will require lots of riding around with the brake half on, can take quite a while and be quite energy consuming, try not to let the brake over heat though, just short intervals of riding around. People sometimes use water to bed in the disc, not sure what this does though.. Also the fact that you have gone from a 203 rotor to a 160 will make your brake less powerful due to the fact that you have less leverage, if you want more power from your hope then i'd get an adapter (or steal the one off your avid bb7) If your going from a bb7 which is a good brake anyway (203) to a 160 hope then i dear say the power would be worse, only way to find out would be to bed it in. I'd suggest keeping the 203.
  9. How do you bed them in "well" so they're sharp and powerful?
  10. Ahh i see, thanks. What do you mean "glass like feel"?
  11. This, you can tell because of the top tube, it goes down to touch the BB
  12. Oh so it deosn't have to touch the rim then??
  13. Never really understood flatland bmx, guess its one of those things you have to see in real life to be properly impressed by.
  14. That looks f**king LUSH! Love that green, spot on!
