In all honestly, mine came off a piece of piss. And it had been sat on the t-pro arm for 3/4 years. And had some big riders ride it. And i'm not exactly the biggest built of riders, and it was effortless for me, just like Ad's makes it look in the video.

My ghetto southener way of doing it, is tieing the crank to a thick tree branch with a strap from a ratchet strap. Then getting a f**k off long pole and using the leverage off that. Did it this afternoon, did it last friday. Who the f**k needs vices, when you have tree's.

Easy guys, I have come across a problem with win7 ultimate. Basically, using win7, my ati mobility raedon x1300 dedicated memory has dropped from 512mb to 64mb. I have googled this, and not found much. What I have found, is that ati/amd don't support windows 7, so you have to use vista drivers. But looking, all the driver etc is fine. Some people on t'internet have said it's something to do with the cpu. I'm off ill, with a f**ked spine and dieing to go on flight sim!

I highly doubt I'm coming now, spine is still f**ked and doesn't look to be getting any better anytime soon.
