i think its bent because wen u spin it slowly it only rubs on 1 bit, how would i bend it back

its constant rubbing , ile see if its bent

when i spin the wheel it makes a rubbing noise , wen im on it its not as loud but still makes the noise :/ ive had a look and the disk is closer to the one pad than the other ? cheers
