Hello, i have just purchesed myself a new frame, i have got the rockman manus. I would say that for compotitions it is brilliant as it is a small and light frame. But if you are wanting a frame for street i think that the Rockman Maladie would nice frame to use as it has hs33 mounts! Hope this helps Charlie

Hello, this is no dout a stupid question but iam wanting to buy some echo crank bolts that are m15, but i do not no if they will fit as i do not no what my bb is, so is there any other way off finding out what size crank bolts i will need? Thanks a bunch Charlie

hello today i bleed my hope mono trial, i had finished it then went to test the brakes but it did not hold. So i bleed it again to check for air in the brake but there still was no air in it but it still did not hold what could be the problm and there is not oil on the disc or pads? Thanks Charlie

take thermals and have some gloves, because you can be stood around alot waiting to do the section. And some spare clothes in case off water sections !

Would a spacer solve this problem do you think?

hello, i have got a rockman manus frame and the driveside crank is rubbing on the frame Ihave a 127.5mm bottom bracket and the cranks that are on the monty kamel What could i do to solve this problem? Please help. Charlie

Black wheels with silver stem and forks. or White wheels with black stem and forks. or Silver wheels with black stem and forks. Or tell me of any other colours you think will look nice! hi i was wondering if anybody could help me? My freewheel has been skiping rather alot and i was on a ride yesterday and when i pedal there was a screeching noise and it was very hard to pedal and i dont no weather it is my bb or freewheel. the freewheel is a tensile 72 and the bb is tryall? thanks charlie

well i only wieght 8 stone and i run around 25 because iam rimming at 20

yer mate go with a front wheel set up that is what i use the only down side is you some times get your trousers cought under the chain but just tuck your trousers in your socks but u do look like a chav but o well it is better than gettin your trousers ripped.
