Hi, i only use a helmet some of the time. I only use it when i'am doing big things and for people who are saying that they are not very nice to wear the only reason that is because they probable do not fit so try them on before you buy them. Hope it helped Charlie

Hi, well it depends on what size bike you ride (20", 24", 26") and how heavy you are. Iam eight stone and i ride a twenty inch bike and i run 20 psi in the front and 16 psi in the back i do not no if this will help but i hope it does. Thanks Charlie

Hi i have just bought a pair of them grips myself and what i used was a hair spray because it lubrecates the grips so they are easy to fit on and then when you have got them on leave them for 15 minutes and they will stick on and they will not move one little bit and the product i used was (shockwave) hair spray. I would buy some tar because it works really well for me but it would be better to grind your rim, but when i did mine i used an angle grinder.

Cool my mate had a t-pro then he got a czar, and i'am geting a t-pro.

I buy MBUK because i like mountain biking, but it has a trials bit in the back but it is not that big.

Iam not the best in the world, but it does help to turn your bars the way you want to turn. If that does not work try shifting your hips the way you want to go. But if that still does not work i do not have a clue what you are doing wrong. Charlie

Well in my opinion, a 20" trials bike is a good thing to start on that is what iam learning on. A good bike to buy is a Onza T-Bird. Hope that helps.
