theres been so many topics on this ! use the search bar at the top of the screen. anyway i run mine at 30-40. If you want to do decent sidehops, you want your tyres harder. The harder you pre-load, the more bounce it gives when hopping. Hope this helped, Sam

i no this isnt advice, but u said some "obvious features like the brake lever being close to the grip..? if you get a quikc glance your not going to look at the brake leaver really. anyhow, hope you find, it. Good luck

go to halfords and pick yourself up some 661 shin-knee pads. Dont restrict movment and protect you brilliantly.
