People have different tastes they always will. Some people will love hiphop and hate rock or whatever, some the other way round, and others will have more of a mixed taste. There isnt anything wrong with that. If Danny chooses not to listen to hiphop then theres nowt wrong with that. However there is a difference between not liking and ignorantly slagging off music. All this crap about hiphop doesnt have instruments so therefore is shit. Each type of music is bloody difficult to make in their own ways. It might not have instruments but all that sampling and mixing stuff is bloody hard to get it sounding like a good song! Likewise playing instruments well is bloody hard too. People saying things like that are very narrow minded and ignorant (imo) Like what you want to just dont be a dick!

It is a con really, designed to get people spending money and boosting the economy after christmas. BUT it is nice to have one day a year to treat your GF to a romantic day. Yes you can do it anyday and without spending money but its good to splash out from time to time and if you're lucky you might get the favour returned

Ricky Gervais on 'Animals' stand up show- They weighed Rick Waller and he was 50% body fat. I worked it out..... thats the same as a pork scratching! No wonder he is so depressed he is essentially the same as a pub based snack. (cant remember what actual % was)

Im partial to a bit of hiphop in small doses. On my I-Tunes hiphop playlist is..... Dilated Peoples Jurrasic 5 De La Soul Kanye West N.E.R.D Lloyd Banks The Roots i hate 50cent and everything he stands for but you have to admit some of his stuff is pretty catchy :P so even listen to a bit of "commercial"gangsta stuff I suppose you'd call it

sounds like the views of a 'stereotypical' Sun reader. No offence or anything you are entitled to you're views and all that.

Just because it's of no interest to you doesn't make it a "shit" topic, in fact it's quite informative and useful to some. Perhaps in future if somethings of no interest to you, you could do what everyone else does and not post at all :P like they say "if you dont have anything useful to say, dont say it at all" or something like that anyway!

nice room looks similar to the ones at Brighton I'm in. That's unlucky that they dont provide safe storeage. Here at Brighton i have a secure room thats built onto the side of my house with a big arse door and lock, and then space to lock each bike up individually inside too. Seems to be luck of the draw (Y)

Do You Think The Moderators Are Doing A Good Job?
plainlazy84 replied to trials_pimp's topic in Chit Chat
I don't agree that we need more moderaters, not at the moment anyway. I'd put my money on that Tart and Mark do the majority of the moderating as they are online the most. Mods like me, Lewis, Joel etc do the odds and ends whenever we are on. I am actually on more than you might think since i have been at uni (mainly lurking :( ) and I barely find anything that needs doing. Unless the guys that do the bulk of the moderating are finding it too much i dont see the need. And none of them have mentioned it as far as i know. I think that most of the posts that get closed deserve it. Often threads that turn into slagging matches that get lots of hits will get closed before people have stopped the bitching- but they should be stopped as soon as possible. Its all down to discretion and in most cases I reckon we get it about right. Im certainly glad there is a moderation team on TF- remember how Trialskings, MBUK and many other forums turned out? utter drivel in nearly every post. A lot of topics might get repeated here but considering how large the forum is most posts are of a good standard. I don't know if TF can get much better whatever slight changes are made. thumbs up to TF in general :D -
Dj Memorial Ride Anyone? 14th May '05 Portsmouth
plainlazy84 replied to stuntsbyjon's topic in Member Organised Rides
there is ample room in the bike shed i guess :P" you both have to pay room charge of one beer each when we get to the bar. Then you can be upgraded to the floor :) -
I reckon its hard to say who actually started it. People were probably doing primitive form of Trials, trying to go over obstacles on bikes in various parts of the world at different times before anyone knew what it was. I think i read somewhere it originated in Germany but then the Spaniards stole the credit for it. Who really knows though?

Jimbo you can stay round mine in Brighton. Then it should be 1hr 25mins drive to Portsmouth. Is that any good? -
how exactly do you plan on getting a Crescent? do you know someone with one second hand because last time i heard they stopped making them a long time ago, under both the Crescent name and later Bianchi. Is it really a good idea buying a frame you have never ridden? maybe if you could ride a few different frames you could make your mind up a bit better?
