Some of them are pretty grim, I don't like the fact you can't modify any of the parts on the tarty build (unless you buy them separate).

My rockman bar and stem arrived today, I'm awaiting a rockman topcap from tarty then I can slap them on. :D Also ordered some Rocket rons 2.1 for front, fat alberts 2.4 for rear. My bike will go from 9.4kg to sub 9kg. Happy days :D

You can do way better than that, looks like a tarty build. It has echo rim brakes (bleugh) orange parts (bleurgh), those bar/stem (bleurgh).

It rides sooooooooo lush. Needs a longer stem and it'll be sorted (rockman forged 20" stem and carbon bars in the post right now), this front hope brake isn't biting as much as I expected. Rear 2011 hs33 is the bees knees though.

Echo 24" 2011, 6 months old. The previous owner supposedly never rode it as he preferred his rockman mod haha, he got all the parts new from tarty too so it has to be a winner.

Sunnyboy, you have a budget of £400? I'm sorry but I think £600-£700 is what you'll need to get one, they're not cheap :(

Not going to find any other than the Zoot ones cheap. There's an Echo 24" with a 2012 frame for £650, I've had a quick go on it and it felt lush. Buy it :D
