ahh i see , what side does the spacery thingy go ?? same side or opposite because i had the problem of the extractor not reaching the other side of the bb i no i sound dumb but i just dont understand these things . i just ride the things hahaha thanks for the help though it is appriciated

one o them things that you screw into the crank nooo but the bb is hollow int it so i cant push off of anything to get it off so resorted to punch and hammer

hi guys i was trying to get the cranks off my old monty frame and have put a crank puller on and used a punch through the bb whacked and whacked and no release . has anyone got any tips on how to get them off easily?? thanks chris

i think some of them comments are abit harsh . you learn in time mate and you will progress and get stronger and better! but you cant just get better just like that it take time and practice. getting there though chris
