  1. hi just come back from a brlliant weekend at castle skills trials park. And has a busy weekend of lever pulling and lifting. My currnet grips evn with gloves on gave me blisters. They are trial tech foams. REALLY want some comfy grips that wont give me blisters? or .... and ideas thanks
  2. yeh but how much for good caged ? first caged i had every time i hit and object part of the caged broke :/

  6. i like the look of the trialtech riser bars , but iam asking the same question , do they make that much of a difference?

  9. the way i did it was just soke the bars and the inside of grips with WD40 then push them on rotating them on. I did it and it was easy peasy...

  15. Hi guys Just a quick update ..... I've tightened up the crank bolt as much as possible..... I think it starts alright then gets worse..... I think it works it way lose ...... Help!

  17. Hi mate . I've be looking at the Isis bb and cranks but it's very exspensive. So I need some very good reason to upgrade to Isis , as in performance and strengh wise Thanks

  19. my left crank arm is wobbling! As in every time a turn a full crank turn it changes position! I've tried tightening the crank bolt up! Help needed please! The bottom bracket is a square taper and the crank arm i purchased a month or two ago! will it get better in time. thanks

  21. hi mate are you looking at the zoo lynx frame? because its prity light at 1.54 kg the onza bird as a complete bike is around 11 kg , so i inmagine the frame will be heavy. So i would go with the zoo frame hope this helps
