  1. No way there would be no space in the back and the bikes would just fall out the back when you accelerate.
  2. The new VW caddy in stealthy black
  3. Depends if you are riding brakes or not, 23-16 is good for brakeless as your not really doing any gapsand you get good speed for things. 22-16 is proberly better alround, I running 23-16 just now with brakes which I'm not too sure on seems a wee bit hard, will go back to 18t in time.
  4. To add to that if you can't get the old star nut on you current forks all the way down the steerer tube out, drill a hole in the starnuts thread big enough to run a cable through.
  5. Its not really recommended that you use a old star nut because the sides are already bent in, you can bend them back but it proberly won't grip the steerer tube right, to get them out though I use a thick piece of dowel with a jubilee clip on the top to stop it splitting and hammer the star nut down.
  6. Might just grind mine down when I get a 22t then instead of spending another £30 on one.
  7. Good because 23-16 is too hard for riding brakes for me just now, I'm guessing the bashring will stay the same size.
  8. How are you getting a 22t with screw on cranks? Are trialtech doing a 22t sprocket
  9. Yeh what a weird set of choices those skid 360 things he was doing were cool, was it me or was the last song abit like Rebecca Black's Friday?
  10. I've been using DV's on my 24 bikes for ages, I don't really see the point either having a mega wide rim on them only if its a compy style bike.
  11. But she winces when someone rides past her, maybe they had to quieten their brakes down.
  12. My new muck about dj bike, needs a seatpost, better wheels and a fork that doesn't bottom out if you blow on it.
  13. Been riding brakeless for a while but now its time to put some back on (I can always take them off if I get bored though). Just needs a good grind then it will be perfect. The spacers on the tensioner are there because my Revolver hub's freewheel thread is wider than most other screw on hubs so the adjustment on the tensioner didn't pull in far enough.
  14. Yeh I wouldn't be taking it that seriously to be honest, just seeing if it was possible. I just put some brakes on just there, so no massive crashes for me ...... well . Is this place open all the time like not on event days? Just seems like a perfect place to take a trip over too on a weekend
  15. I'll put brakes on my inspired and see what it is like, but if it looks funny to ride it brakeless I'll whip them off.
  16. There's already a website like that its called Pinkbike.
  17. I'm he bought it full seeing as its the same spec as the full bike. Looks so nice, I love the build on these bikes there isn't anything on them that you need to replace just perfect spec. Also the brakes are on backwards
  18. Damn, I'll bring both bikes then so if (when) I utter fail without brakes in practice then I have a back up.
  19. Just realised this place is only 30mins from ardrossan, I've never ridden a comp before but are you allowed to ride brakeless? I can't get on to the form to see the details because my computer doesn't have word at the moment.
  20. 24UK's have vertical dropouts, snail cams only work on horizontal dropouts.
  21. Where have you been for the last few years
  22. Thats a different kind of street, Kenny is alot better at proper street.
  23. I used to ride 22-16, its pretty standard on inspireds. If trialtech made a 22t sprocket I'd go for that, I'm running 23-16 just now it feels pretty good but maybe a little bit easier would be nice.
  24. He might not have been able to choose what to do, the company whatever they are called might have given him things to do without his own creativity in it. I'm guessing all the flatland stuff is there to build up to the bigger stuff.
  25. Is like 35+ quid each for camping, trains aren't cheap, boat tickets aswell, proberly less than £150 but its just too much effort for one day at the event because exams are in the way abit. Will be going next year though no matter what happens.
