  2. 14 in the back (Maxxis High Roller 2.5" Dual Ply), 18 in the front (Panaracer Cinder 2.25")
  3. I got my mates off without the tool, got a screwdriver and a hammer, twatted the outer ring off with the screwdriver, put the inner ring in the vice, wound it up tight then just spun the wheel off Bit of a bodge but cheaper than a tool if you're a tight arse haha
  4. Ok thanks I'll have a look when i go home on it
  5. Hi all How do I know if my Maxxis High roller is single or dual ply? Cheers Alex
  6. Tarty Echo ones are enough for one brake '-Sold only as a set of 4 washers, suitable for a pair of cylinders (one brake).'
  7. Because they are cheaper from poland
  8. Cool I'll order them soon then Only 4 days? Bonus! I just ordered CNC pads from him so i'll hopefully see them on friday
  9. What are people's opinions on the idea? My plastic ones are getting ready for replacing http://www.shadow18.user.icpnet.pl/ebay/cylinder/4.jpg http://www.shadow18.user.icpnet.pl/ebay/cylinder/3.jpg http://www.shadow18.user.icpnet.pl/ebay/cylinder/5.jpg Cheers, Alex
  10. Oh cool Only Onza ones I've seen are 2 bolt :/ Mines definately cheap too Free carbon!
  11. I would but the point is I want a 4bolt, else I would have bought the Trialtech carbon booster off tarty
  12. That was my plan Just got to get hold of a round-backed file now Cheers
  13. Cheers Going for a full on lock, trying to reduce the squidgeyness right down Also when filing I'm using my respirator mask so I should be fine Very itchy indeed, did an hour on it earlier and it gave me a rash on my arms already lol Did an hours work on the booster earlier http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s204/alex_michael30/P9060101.jpg
  14. Tyre clearance is about 5mm each side Bolt holes are measured exactly at 100mm and they fit sweet as a nut Didn't want to make them slots because then it would allow the bolts to slip, which is what i'm trying to prevent (the whole point of the booster) Looks rough as a bears a*se at the minute but i'll hopefully get some filing done tomorrow
  15. Needed a 4bolt booster for my Toxsin One and so i've decided to make one out of a sheet of 6mm thick carbon fibre i had laying around. Just wondering if this will be thick enough? I cant flex it at all so it can only help my brake. Still a work in progress and needs filing and sanding. http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s204/alex_michael30/P9050101.jpg

The stem is very funky The bike came with a Try-All stem on it but I wanted my GU bars on it and unfortunately the clamp size on the Try-All was too small Things to change: Stem Brake pads (I think the current ones are TNN Balaeys looking at the colour. Blue but too dark for Rockman pads and Heatsink blues) Freewheel (Current one is shimano which will do for now but really need a freewheel with more engagements Front rim (Current is a Mavic disc only rim but I want to put my white Try-All Rim on it (Ebay £8!)) Put a 4bolt booster on it. Thats about it really
