i play with weights at home every few days and if im not at home im out riding hard, so my strength isnt bad. im looking for a job atm but when i get one i think gym will be an option

is it just me or does anybody else struggle to keep energy whilst doing a line that takes abouts 45 seconds to complete?
i can do the lines i just lose energy and my riding becomes more sloppy towards the end.
the vents on mine have a thin layer of foam over them but yeah i might pick some up soon as i have a DIY shop 5 minutes from home .
yess the worst bits when your eye starts watering and you can get the metal out :L
i used to have a t-bird with avid v-brakes on it and they worked a treat for me, then i had a limey 2 with a xtr on the front. if xtr's are set up right with good pads then they are wicked brakes hope this helps you
i find anger helps . i was getting teasy because i could sidehop up a wall earlier and i took my frustration out on the side hop and almost got it. i got up there but couldnt hold my balance and jumped off.
im riding a bird and with the just the frame, bottom bracket, cranks, freewheel and pedals its about 5-6kg so id guess roughly around 2kg. theyre not the lightest frames around but mine seems to be doing well .
iv been riding in vans for the last few months and theyve been on downhill bikes and trials and iv not slipped off the pedals once. i find that vans have a soft sole inside aswell which provides comfort and padding. with other shoes iv found that the pins on the pedals shred the bottoms of my shoes but iv not had this problem with vans. number 1 shoe in my opinion.
im not sure what sort of green ur spraying but if you want it to be bright then i reccomend a white primer as your base coat, as the green will show up better on a brighter base coat. and if u want it shiney i sugest 3 coats of clear lacquer. i was given these tips when i sprayed my old mountain bike and i was very pleased with my result.
i'v been trying to do static 270 hops off of ledges and benches ect. i can get just over a 180 spin but i cant spin round fast enough no matter how much i tuck up the my bike. anyone got any sugestions on how to spin faster whilst in mid air??
