Well it depends but if you are pretty much a beginner you might wont to check out the onzas but if you have some experience get something with maguras instead of vees and then you wont need to change much once you get better but if i was you i would just look on tarty and check through all the bikes ..

  6. HI am shortly going to be buying a crankset and need a bashring i like the look off the halfrings but is it easy to get your trousers caught in them easily like mtb chainrings. This is what happened to my cousin.

  8. hi i have just got a brand new Zoo piranha frame and have my old cranks ( suntour duro isis) still, it has a 22 tooth sprocket and a fat bash ring.has anyone got any idea if this setup will work because i dont have enough money to buy new cranks yet sooo.......... will it work???
  9. hi gaz dont bother buying a new lever your tpa has either cross threaded or is stripped. you should buy a tpa wheel and pin set for £4 on tartybikes..its on brake spares

  11. Hi i have a Try all rim , magura lever, magura slaves and hoses. tryall brake booster, and viz brake clamps the brake bites and holds well i just dont think its supposed to go like this. Thanks Iain
  12. i have magura rim brakes and have recently had a problem with the lever ( i think its the lever) . when i pull it it goes rockhard like its hitting a bit of metal inside ive had it bled got new pads , the TPA is fine . i just cant find what the problem is> Please help Thanks Iain

  21. i was just wanting to see all your opinions of the trials tyres that are out there. i will start Tyre: continental mountain king 2.4 size: 26" wear life: pretty rubbish had it for about a month and the middle tread has nearly gone overall performance: very good but wear life is rubbish Thanks Iain
  22. to be honest i prefer higher BB and shorter chainstay as it feels more agile on the back wheel but its really a personal preference because you might a different style than me. Iain
  23. im wanting zoo piranha frame too. i have read good and bad things about them but it looks really strong and is very light. i dont know how its so light as it has 3 seattubes
