I don't think I have a bash ring how easy ate they to fit, & what generally do they help with, do the protect the bottom of your frame?

I've got the onza rip cranks there square aren't they? Its hard to explain it just started doing it last night when I pedal kick the crank almost slips and won't let pedal then its fine straight after?

How can I check if it's the bottom bracket ? What tool tightens the cranks?

The ol man bashed te crank on the door tonite could that be the problem I will tighten them what tool fits th t~bird cranks? As for the brakes me new cables split already could that be a problem. The cranks arent creaking as such there making a bangy clicky noise when I pedal kick? Bloody bike
