  1. sooooo told you it would be a pain in the arse to eat

gotta love that old welsh geezer

"thank you. that was the funniest thing i've seen in a long time! you're lucky you didn't hit your face..."

    "i did hit my face..."

  2. Nice Picture Stu-pot I was gutted I couldnt ride! I want to ride Poole!

    What happened to Tommo?

    P1070101.jpg

was doing the gap from that cylinder like wall over to the main brick one. chain snapped and smacked my chin on the wall haha.

i used to love this a lot. cracked by the head tube and had it rewelded but it eventually went again which is when i moved to the control.

i had a plastic mini seat zip tied on most of the time. used a mech for tension most of the time too but by the looks of this pic i destroyed the hanger!

i reckon with another inch rise on the bars it'd be awesome. think those are 1 or 1.5" azonic bars with fsa stem.

i started to get ok on this frame, did me proud!

  4. thats what im finding atm with my "casual" trainers, feet just start dying after like 30 mins lols.

    what would be more suitable,

a pair of mid tops like; http://www.schuh.co.uk/mens-black-and-red-vans-skink-mid/3400447330

or just some traditional skate shoes like; http://www.schuh.co.uk/mens-black-etnies-fader/3416007060

or would both be just as ideal? I would look at actual trials shoes, but theyre like £80 and you cant wear those anywhere else :P

both would be fine. i'm using some etnies similar to those atm and they're much more comfy than my skinny adidas trainers i was using a couple of months ago

  5. i had one for quite a while but never measured the geo. quite short though. think the back end is fairly long, especially as they have horizontal dropouts. i really liked riding this frame.

and its well worth the £29.99 theyre going for brand new on ebay!!!

edit: heavy due to steel so not for the weight weenies.

  6. Literally just thought of this, not sure if it'll work as im a lil tipsy and cba to try it.

Wind the TPA in a bit, set your brake up square against the rim. Wind tpa out. Win?

only problem with that is that tpa generally isn't evenly shared between the cylinders, tends to all be on one side. would probably work for people with a splitter though..

  7. Basicly, everytime i ride, i get sore feet, even if i only ride for 30 mins. Atm using just a normal set of "stylish" trainers, so not really suitable for the job. Anyone recommend a decent pair of shoes i can buy that wont hurt my feet :)?

i generally find skate shoes very comfy to wear when riding. i always used to use try-all shoes til recently though. they are very comfy and supportive but i destroyed the soles with the pedals so now back to trusty skate shoes.

  8. may come, not sure atm as i cba to drive to pompey lol. Anyone got a postcode near there for me so i can use my satnav? Cheers.

just do it, its not a long drive haha.

PO5 3ST is the postcode for the pyramids and its not too far from there still on the main drag.

i'll be trying to find some free parking near the pyramids and hope to join at about 1.

luke i will give you a bell and hope you answer haha if not i'll ride around til i find someone!

  9. pretty sure i didnt even glue my coustsink refills in when i got them haha. was ages ago now, and i had no problems. one of the maggie piston nipples has since snapped off into the cnc backing which is annoying though, hence now running one coustsink and one proper old koxx brown!
