  2. Thanks mate i am enjoying it , such a good frame strong and light .
  3. I find tyhat Onza are a brand that can be underrated and overlooked in some cases. Most Onzas are brilliant spec and quality for the money you pay. Favourites include the 2010 Pro, Blade and Comp for starting out on. The Pro comes with reasonably powerfull cable disc brakes as standard, good for beginner to intermediate riders such as yourself. The frame also includes 4 bolt mounts for magura should you wish to change as you progress. The Blade comes with rear Magura as standard, an improved wheelset and a higher quality frame, that uses onzas integrated chain tensioners that are a nice bonus too, over the chaintugs on the pro. The Comp comes with front and rear magura, the same frame as the blade but in a different colour and the same tension system as the blade. Wheelset is also good and the frame is quality too. Light, long lasting and good looking too, as well as riding brilliantly. Onzas to stay away from would be the Bird and the Rip, because all you will want to do is change further down the line. Buy either one of the three described and your on to a winner
  4. It depends what wheel size you prefer , 26 inch have been said to be easier to get up stuff , on the other hand a 20 is easier to throw around so its preferance really.
  5. TNN LGMs perfect on a medium grind , £25 with metal backings of tarty bikes
  6. They are just rubbish alround realy half of the stuff they say they have they havnt had in for weeks, i just cant be bothered wasting my time with them .

  9. Cheers daz im watching ben lazenby videos now, awsome rider and i see what you meen about watching the cranks
  10. Well i ran just water for a long time but as soon as it came to winter it froze ( obviously) but either a mix of water and anti freeze or a mix of anti freeze and vodka works

  14. Thanks guys my brother rebuilt it for e so its ok now but if it explodes again then im sure i will go for the sl .
  15. Yes that is what i have been told about the drugs best to avoid trials uk
  16. Well i have been told by my brother that there warehouse had a drug bust and like lots of weed and canabis were found, but i dont know and they sometimes get the order wrong , my brother ordered a neon bow 09 frame in black and white and it came in red and white so best avoid them in my eyes. select bikes aswell is also a good website but they are low in updating it so some things that are advertised arntt acctualy there anymore . Your welcome for the advice
  17. I mean the only two that pop to mind for me is trials uk ( but there abit dodgy ) and a canadian site i will look up the name for you now ,
  18. Hi , well if you are going to start trials i would first like to say , GOOD ON YOU , but anyway i will answer some of your questions, some trials bikes have gears but in my life time i have only seen 1 with gears so i wouldnt bother . The best single spead gear ratio for me on my 20 inch is 18t freewheel ( on the front ) and a 12t sprocket on the back. On a 26 inch i have heared on people running a 24t on the front and 18t on the back but that may not be accurate. Wheel size ...mmmm well 26inch bikes are aparantly easier to get up stuff on but on the other hand a 20 inch bike is easier to throw around. Buying from a shop, well not many shops really sell trials bikes so i recon your best bet is to go online on either tarty bikes or any other websites. Disc would be my option i have a double disc 20 inch frame and it to me is awsome but i have to say if you buy a 26 inch double rim brake a magura front and rear. Well buying little bits is ok but it would be alot easier to buy a full build . A website i strongly recomend for full builds and parts would be tarty bikes . Hope my advice has helped you and i hope you enjoy starting trials .
  19. My friend has the new onza pro and we found a set of zoo! low rise bars did the trick , now obviously you cant buy them but i personaly would recomend a white set of echo low rise bars , £50 i know mite seem expensive but i woldnt have anything eles , hope you make the right choice
